Online Returns Policy
At Troy Club & Restaurant Supplies we strive to make every customer online buying experience a perfect one, however this may not always be the case. We have set out our Online Returns policy below, highlighting key points you should know to assist you. Please call on (02) 6652-4450 if you have any questions regarding this policy. Please be advised that this policy differs from the policy covering goods purchased in-store.
1. If the goods are faulty:
Troy Club & Restaurant Supplies will provide a credit or replacement for goods, excluding equipment that is deemed faulty. Faulty goods should be returned to Troy Club & Restaurant Supplies 35B Lawson Crescent, Coffs Harbour NSW 2450, for inspection prior to replacement or credit.
Equipment that is purchased from us becomes your responsibility once it leaves our warehouse. Please select to insure your equipment purchase before transportation. Any equipment damaged during transit cannot be returned for refund or be replaced. If you think that there is a fault with an item you have received, please let us know by contact us on (02) 6652-4450 or email firstname.lastname@example.org . Please include your invoice number, the product code, serial number and the problem with the goods.
2. If you change your mind:
Troy Club & Restaurant Supplies want to give you an easy way to return goods for an exchange or credit note (excluding equipment). We will offer an exchange or store credit note for goods returned on the basis of change of mind (this includes errors in sizing for clothing).
If you change your mind about the goods (including the size or colour), the goods returned must be unused and in their original condition, which includes any packaging. All goods will be inspected on return. A valid tax invoice / receipt must also be supplied with goods returned on the basis of change of mind. We will accept returns based on change of mind within 30 days of the original purchase. We will not accept returns of any items that are made to order or special order items (this is indicated in the item’s product page) on a change of mind basis. The original freight charge, and credit card fees will not be refunded or credited for goods returned on a change of mind basis.
3. Returns Generally:
This section applies to the return of all goods, regardless of whether they are faulty or you change your mind or need a different size. You are responsible for the costs of returning goods to us. Any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error. Additionally, items may also be returned in person to our store. We should be given appropriate notification of any returns before they are sent. This includes returns brought into our store. This can be done by calling us on (02) 6652-4450 or emailing email@example.com.
All returns, including those for faulty goods, should be accompanied with proof of purchase (tax invoice / receipt). Bank statements will not be accepted. We recommend you use a postal service or courier that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.
When purchasing from Troy Club & Restaurant Supplies, Credit Card details and Payment Information are transmitted through a secure server using EWay or Pay Pal (depending on customer purchasing criteria). Credit Card data and Payment Information is not hosted by Troy Club & Restaurant Supplies after processing.
